Low intensity balance, mobility and strengthening - Designed for older clients, with light weight and functional exercises for those with balance issues to improve mobility and reduce the risk of falls

Our mid-level classes incorporating light weights and cardio equipment level exercise for people wanting to stay strong, active & healthy in everyday life, usually clients in 40s to 70s

Life Fit
Higher level HIIT and strength classes suitable for healthy clients want to increase overall fitness, toning and strengthening

GLA:D Arthritis classes
For clients with knee or hip arthritis wanting to reduce their day-to-day pain, improve function, and/or prevent or delay joint replacement surgery​
