Senior Exercise Physiologist
With extensive experience across Australia and overseas, Zoe brings a thoughtful, practical approach to exercise physiology, helping clients build strength, confidence, and lasting wellbeing.

Zoe is an Senior Exercise Physiologist with a strong background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and a passion for supporting people living with chronic illnesses and long-term conditions. She completed her Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Southern Cross University, and holds Level 1 and 2 Mat Pilates certifications through both the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and the Pilates Institute of Queensland. She is also a current member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia.

Zoe has worked in rehabilitation hospital and private practice settings across regional New South Wales, Queensland, and Canada, giving her a broad understanding of client needs and evidence-based approaches to exercise therapy. She is committed to helping clients improve their quality of life through safe, practical, and accessible exercise guidance.

Originally from Trangie, Zoe enjoys balancing her professional life with family time, tennis, and skiing, embracing activities on both water and snow depending on the season.
