Kirsten is a senior physiotherapist with a genuine passion for helping people feel stronger, move better, and reach their goals. With experience across private practices in Sydney and the Central Coast, she has developed a keen interest in sports injuries, hip and knee rehabilitation, and managing neck and back pain.
She holds a Master of Physiotherapy from The University of Sydney and integrates both hands-on treatment and Pilates-based approaches to support functional strength and long-term wellbeing.
Known for her warm approach and positive energy, Kirsten is committed to creating a welcoming space for every client and tailoring care to the individual.
