Why studio Pilates is different

Studio Pilates isn’t a one-size-fits-all workout. It is delivered in a small, supervised environment using specialised equipment such as Reformers, Pilates EXO Chairs and other equipment. This allows us to tailor every exercise to your goals, movement patterns and any injuries or health conditions.

Frequenty asked questions

What to wear

Please wear comfortable exercise clothing to each session. While shoes are not required for Pilates, we recommend wearing socks.

Class passes

We offer class passes that provide discounted rates and are valid for three months, giving you the flexibility to attend classes at your convenience.  If you’re new to our exercise programs, we recommend completing at least five Level 1 FX classes before progressing to RX classes. Focusing on mastering the fundamentals ensures you gain the most benefit and reduces the risk of injury. Take your time to learn Pilates-based exercises thoroughly rather than rushing to the next level.

Health fund rebates

Many private health insurers offer rebates for our exercise classes and small group sessions led by a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist, helping you make the most of your membership. Check with your health fund to see your level of coverage and start benefiting from your classes today!

Why choose Pilates in a clinical setting?

Clinical Pilates is delivered by qualified physiotherapists and exercise physiologists who understand injury, pain and movement. This means your program is tailored to your body, not a one-size-fits-all class.

  • Evidence-based exercise programming

Your exercises are based on current research and clinical guidelines, not trends, so you can feel confident they are safe and effective.

  • Safe progressions for injuries and chronic conditions

We consider your medical history, surgery, pain and fitness level, then adjust and progress your program at a pace that suits you.

  • Hands-on cueing and expert technique correction

Instructors provide close supervision, correcting technique and offering hands-on guidance so you get the most out of each movement.

  • Health-fund claimable (where eligible)

Many private health funds provide rebates for our clinical Pilates sessions when delivered by a recognised provider. Check your policy for details.

How classes work

Classes are designed to give you the benefits of individualised care with the motivation of a small group.

  • Small group sizes for individual focus

We keep numbers low so your instructor can watch your technique, answer questions and modify exercises as needed.

  • 45–55 minute sessions

Each class runs long enough to warm up, focus on key exercises and cool down without feeling rushed.

  • All equipment provided

Reformers, mats and any small equipment are supplied. You just need comfortable clothing and a towel.

  • Progressions reviewed as your strength and confidence improve

Your program is updated regularly so exercises stay challenging, safe and aligned with your goals.
