Exercise Classes

Group classes guided by experienced clinicians, suitable for every ability level, from first-timers to those wanting more of a challenge.

Each session is designed to build strength, improve balance, and enhance mobility, all within a supportive environment that keeps you motivated and moving forward.

Our exercise classes

Clinician-led group classes designed for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Sessions focus on strength, balance, and mobility in a supportive environment that makes it easy to stay motivated.

Life Moves

Low intensity balance, mobility and strengthening – Designed for older clients, with light weight and functional exercises for those with balance issues to improve mobility and reduce the risk of falls.

​Life Strong

Our mid-level classes incorporating light weights and cardio equipment level exercise for people wanting to stay strong, active and healthy in everyday life, usually clients in 40s to 70s.

Life Fit

Higher level functional fitness HIIT and strength classes suitable for healthy clients want to increase overall cardiovascular fitness, strength and conditioning.

  • Strength Training: Focuses primarily on resistance and weight training to help you build strength and muscle.
  • HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): Combines bursts of high-intensity resistance and cardio exercises with brief periods of low intensity or rest for a challenging workout.
  • Boot Camp: A dynamic, military-style program that blends aerobic, cardio, and functional training for a full-body fitness experience
GLA:D® Osteoarthritis Classes

For clients with knee or hip osteoarthritis wanting to reduce their day-to-day pain, improve function, and/or prevent or delay joint replacement surgery.

Terms and conditions
  • All multi & flexi-passes expire after 3 months
  • Passes / Memberships are not transferrable or refundable
  • Late cancellations (<24 hours) & non-attendances will incur 1x class fee

Rebates are available for our Physio & EP led classes with most Private Health Funds depending on level of cover. We recommend you check with your Health Fund
